Professional Voice-Over Rates

Tailor-Made Services for Every Project

My voice-over rates are carefully calculated based on the unique needs of each project. Whether it’s a commercial spot, a corporate video, an e-learning module, or an audiobook, every production deserves a fair, transparent, and flexible pricing approach.

How Are Voice-Over Rates Determined?

Several key factors influence the cost of a voice-over service:

1. Project Type

Each format comes with its own pricing logic:

  • TV, radio, or web commercials
  • Corporate or institutional films
  • Motion design videos
  • Audiobooks
  • E-learning modules and tutorials
  • Branded podcasts and sonic branding

2. Usage & Licensing (Buyout Fees)

If the voice-over is publicly broadcast, usage rights (also known as neighboring rights) apply. These are based on:

  • The medium (TV, radio, online, etc.)
  • The duration of use (e.g. one-off campaign or yearly license)
  • The territory (local, national, or international)

Usage rights are typically granted for 12 months and calculated as a percentage of the session fee.
